The short version
This site helps you learn about DevBuffer and start a conversation. It does not take payments, create a client account or bind either side to a paid project when you send a form.
01
About this website
DevBuffer publishes information about its software, web and automation services at devbuffer.com. The examples, processes and descriptions are general information. They are not a promise that a particular service, team member, platform, result or delivery date will be available for your project.
Website content is not legal, financial, security or other regulated professional advice. Please obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional for decisions that require it.
02
Project enquiries and agreements
Submitting a form, emailing or calling us starts a discussion. It does not create a service contract, reserve delivery capacity, confirm a price or require either side to proceed. Please provide a high-level brief only. Do not send passwords, customer records or confidential system information through the public website.
Before paid work begins, DevBuffer and the client should agree in writing on the work to be done, fees, payment terms, timing, client inputs, review stages, acceptance criteria, ownership of deliverables and any confidentiality or data-handling requirements. A signed or otherwise accepted project agreement will govern that work and will take precedence over these website terms if they differ.
03
Using the site responsibly
You may browse the site and use its enquiry forms for genuine business enquiries. Please do not misuse the forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site's operation, upload malicious material or submit information you do not have the right to share.
We may change or remove site content and may limit abusive traffic to protect the service. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but maintenance, provider outages or errors can occur. If a form does not work, you can contact us at support@devbuffer.com or +61 437 542 359.
04
Content and ownership
The DevBuffer name, logo, original site design and written content are owned by DevBuffer or used with permission. You may link to the public pages and use reasonable extracts to evaluate our services. Please do not reproduce the site as your own, use the brand to imply endorsement or remove attribution from substantial copied material without permission.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Links or references to external services do not mean DevBuffer controls those services or endorses every statement they publish. External providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
05
Privacy and enquiry data
Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the public website, forms, email and phone, how providers help process it, and how to make a request or complaint. An enquiry form is not an appropriate channel for confidential client data. Project-specific access and data handling must be agreed separately.
06
Your legal rights
Nothing on this website or in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These website terms do not replace the terms of a separately agreed service contract.
Any statement about site availability or information accuracy is subject to those non-excludable rights. If you have a concern about the site or an enquiry, contact us so we can review it.
07
Updates and contact
We may update these website terms as the site changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Changes to these website terms do not silently alter an existing signed project agreement.
For a question about this site or a potential project, email support@devbuffer.com or call +61 437 542 359.
